Florida King Platform Bed Frame
$7,749
Fits a 108 × 80 in mattress, 16.5 in high
Made to order, about 5 weeks before shipping
An aluminum platform bed frame for a 108 × 80 in (274 × 203 cm) Florida King mattress: the 9 ft width of an Alaskan King at King length, handmade to order in Ohio. No box spring needed, five frame colors, and the maker rates it for up to 2,000 lb.
Overview
9 ft wide, King length
This frame carries a 108 × 80 in mattress on wooden slats: in the maker's words, the wooden slats support most innerspring Florida King-size mattresses
. Overall it measures 108 in wide and 85.5 in long with the headboard, and it stands 16.5 in high with 12.5 in of clearance underneath. Plan your room around those outside dimensions, not the mattress: the headboard wall needs the same 9 ft as an Alaskan King.
With a foam or latex mattress
The maker recommends a solid board over the slats for a foam mattress, so it cannot sink between them. If you pair this frame with our Florida King firm foam mattress, ask us for the board: we confirm its price by email before production.
Delivery and lead time
The frame is made to order and ships in about 5 weeks, then takes 3 to 10 business days in transit. It arrives in 5 to 7 boxes, delivered free to the curb in the contiguous US by UPS Ground or freight truck. The upholstered headboard is included: after you order, we email you to confirm the fabric (Light Gray, Graphite, Ivory, Dune or Navy). The maker also offers in-home delivery and white-glove assembly: ask us for a quote before you order.
Every oversized size side by side: biggest bed sizes compared.
Warranty
The maker warrants the frame for 2 years against defects in materials and workmanship. If something goes wrong, we handle the claim with the maker for you.
