1. Who we are

The website alaskan-king-bed.com ("the Store") is operated by SAS Injecteur Voiture, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France, SIREN 931 137 350 ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@alaskan-king-bed.com.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on the Store. By placing an order, you accept them. We sell to consumers located in the contiguous United States (see our shipping policy).

3. Products

We describe each product with the dimensions, materials and specifications published by the company that manufactures it. Our mattresses and bed frames are made to order; the production time is shown on each product page. Diagrams on product pages are drawn to scale from the published dimensions. Colors on screen can differ slightly from the real product.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment system; we never see or store your full card details. If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Order acceptance

You receive an email confirming your order. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if the product can no longer be made, if the delivery address is outside our shipping area, or if we suspect fraud. We tell you why.

6. Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, returns and refunds by our refund policy. Where a manufacturer's warranty applies to your purchase, it is described on the product page, and we handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state that cannot be waived. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your state of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it.
