Texas King Firm Foam Mattress
$3,589
80 × 98 in, 11 in thick
Made to order, ships in 1 to 3 weeks
This Texas King firm foam mattress fills the full 80 × 98 in (203 × 249 cm): one firm, 11 in mattress under a quilted organic cotton cover, handcrafted to order in the USA.
Overview
A King with 18 more inches of length
The Texas King is the size for tall sleepers: 18 in longer than a King and 4 in wider. This mattress covers it at 11 in thick, with a firm, even feel from edge to edge.
What's inside
A 2 in cooling comfort layer sits over a foam support base, under a quilted organic cotton cover. The maker states that the foams are certified by CertiPUR-US®
and that each Texas King is handcrafted in America. Weight: not published by the maker.
Delivery
Made to order, it ships in 1 to 3 weeks and delivery is free in the contiguous US. The maker does not publish how this size is packed: if a doorway or staircase is tight, email us before you order and we will ask for you.
The frame for it: our Texas King platform bed frame, aluminum with slats, made for the same 80 × 98 in size. With a foam mattress like this one, the maker of the frame recommends a solid board over the slats: ask us and we add it to the order.
Still choosing a size? The Texas King guide and our Texas vs. Wyoming vs. Alaskan King comparison put it next to the other big sizes, and the bedroom size calculator checks it against your walls.
How it compares
Our two square firm foam mattresses have a similar build (11 in, firm, foam support base); this one is the long 80 × 98 in size, for tall sleepers.
